Under the leadership of the District Magistrate, a tour was conducted with the district level officials through bus regarding the preparations like traffic, cleanliness, encroachment, beautification etc. for the Ramotsav program/Ram Van Path Gaman Marg to be organized in Ayodhya.

Sultanpur 04 January/In view of the preparations for the upcoming Ramotsav program to be held in Ayodhya/Ram Van Path Gaman Marg (from Chitrakoot to Ayodhya) including traffic, cleanliness, encroachment, beautification etc., District Magistrate Krittika Jyotsna, Superintendent of Police Somen Burma, Chief Development Officer Ankur Kaushik took stock of the situation by touring the Prayagraj to Ayodhya route from Amethi-Sultanpur border to Sultanpur to Ayodhya border via bus along with Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Pankaj Singh and other concerned district level officials.


DM, SP, CDO and Additional District Magistrate (Administration) along with other concerned officers boarded the bus from Collectorate complex via Payagipur to Amethi border, from there back via Payagipur, Amhat intersection, Gabhadiya Overbridge, KNI, Dwarikaganj. Returned from Ayodhya Sultanpur border via Totiya Nagar intersection, Lohramau, Payagipur and ended at the Collectorate complex. During this time, necessary directions will be given to all the concerned officials regarding illegal parking, encroachment, cleanliness, road lights, beautification of roadsides, overbridges etc. on Prayagraj Ayodhya Highway, plantation, encroachment on the sides of shops, repairing footpaths, drinking water, traffic etc. Instructions were given. During this time, necessary instructions were given to all the concerned officers regarding making all the toilets at all the petrol pumps, restaurants, dhabas etc. located along the highways as model toilets, cleaning, beautification etc.
Madam District Magistrate directed the heads of departments of PWD Department, Electricity Department, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Executive Officer of Municipality, Forest Department, Irrigation Department and other departments to remove all types of encroachments along the highway. There should not be any kind of traffic jam. He gave strict instructions to all the concerned officers that no officer should leave the headquarters without prior notice. He directed everyone that all the departments should make unified efforts and ensure all the arrangements in time.
Superintendent of Police Somen Burma gave necessary guidelines related to law and order and traffic diversion. He directed that wherever encroachment has to be removed, the district administration and the police administration should work in mutual coordination.
Chief Development Officer Ankur Kaushik directed all the concerned officers to hold a necessary meeting with their departmental employees today and prepare and present the roadmap for the coming days, so that all preparations can be ensured on time.
Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Pankaj Singh gave detailed guidelines to all the departments by setting point-wise targets. He directed all the departments to start work from today itself. He directed all the departments to prepare an action plan for the next few days and submit it tomorrow, so that all the arrangements can be made at a fast pace.
On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer Dr. O.P. Chaudhary, Sub-District Magistrate Sadar C.P. Pathak, ARTO (Administration) Nand Kumar, District Panchayat Raj Officer Abhishek Shukla, Executive Officer Municipality Shyamendra Mohan, Executive Officer PWD, Electricity, Irrigation and other concerned officers were present.
