A review meeting of under-construction projects/development works costing more than Rs 50 lakh was held under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate.

Sultanpur 02 February / As per the instructions given by the government, under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Kritika Jyotsna and in the presence of Chief Development Officer Ankur Kaushik, progress review of under construction projects costing more than Rs 50 lakhs/review of development works was done in the Collectorate Auditorium through the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Dashboard. Organized from. In the said meeting, the main focus was on the projects to be completed or to be started by the coming March, which could be inaugurated/foundation laid. District Magistrate held a detailed discussion with all the concerned departments and executing agencies on the issues like land disputes, progress of work, date of completion within stipulated time and delay in completion of work etc. of all the under construction projects.


In the review meeting, the District Magistrate directed the executive engineers/executive organizations of all the projects to ensure that all the work is completed in a timely manner and with quality. He gave strict instructions to all the implementing organizations to bring progress in the work. He said that a separate meeting will be held next week with the officers of all the concerned departments and executing agencies, till then all the officers will inspect the ongoing construction works and participate with the updated report.
District Magistrate Madam directed all the executing agencies to complete the work by increasing additional workers. He instructed the new Chief Revenue Officer Devendra Singh to resolve all the cases related to land disputes as soon as possible. He asked the Chief Revenue Officer to talk to the government level regarding those schemes which are stalled due to lack of funds.
The District Magistrate directed to monitor the pipe laying work going on under Jal Jeevan Mission every other day. In this regard, he gave strict instructions to all the executing agencies and said that if there is no improvement in the progress within 15 days, then strictest action will be taken against them. The Chief Development Officer directed the Executive Engineer of Jal Jeevan Mission to ensure monitoring of the works every other day. In relation to the different reasons given by the Principal of the Government Medical College and the executing agency for the handover of the Government Medical College, Dubeypur, the process of handover of the Government Medical College has started after inspection by the Chief Development Officer, Chief Medical Officer and the technical team. .
District Magistrate also reviewed the instructions given by the District In-charge Minister, Mr. Ashish Patel during the review meeting recently regarding the progress of the ongoing schemes of various departments. He directed all the concerned departments like Public Works Department, Health Department, Jal Jeevan Mission, bridge construction and many other departments to complete all the work on time and inform.

On this occasion, Chief Medical Officer Dr. OP Chaudhary, District Development Officer Ajay Kumar Pandey, Chief Revenue Officer Devendra Singh, District Economics and Statistics Officer Ashish Kumar and all other concerned officers and executive organizations were present.
