In the said meeting, the progress of the projects conducted department wise was reviewed. On this occasion, Honorable Member Legislative Council Shailendra Pratap Singh, Honorable BJP District President Dr. RA Verma, Honorable Apna Dal District President Avinash Patel, District Magistrate Kritika Jyotsna, Superintendent of Police Somen Burma, Chief Development Officer Ankur Kaushik and all other district level officers were present. In the review meeting by the Honorable District In-charge Minister, Public Works Department, Jal Jeevan Mission, Electricity, Food and Supply, Agriculture Department, Agricultural Defense Chemicals, Medical and Health Progress, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural/Urban), Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, National After thoroughly reviewing the schemes of departments like rural drinking water, construction of new roads, maintenance of state highways, Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Scheme, Saubhagya Yojana etc., necessary guidelines were given to the concerned officials.।
In the meeting, the Honorable District In-charge Minister gave instructions through the District Magistrate to the Executive Engineer PWD to present an explanation for the slow progress in making the roads pothole free. Similarly, the Executive Engineer Jal Nigam was instructed to submit an explanation for the slow progress of the Har Ghar Tap Jal Yojana. To investigate some problems related to the Food and Supplies Department such as making of ration cards and not providing the benefits of Ujjwala scheme to the people on time, the Honorable Minister directed to form a committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer. The Honorable Minister directed the Superintendent of Police to further improve the system related to law and order. Honorable Minister in-charge directed all the officers to ensure that the benefits of the public welfare schemes of their respective departments should be extended to the eligible persons in every case.
At the end of the meeting, Chief Development Officer Ankur Kaushik welcomed and congratulated the Honorable Minister in-charge and other public representatives and said that compliance with all the guidelines suggested by the Honorable Minister will be ensured. He said that we assure the Honorable Minister that under your able guidance, further development of the district will be ensured. He also thanked all the officers.
